How to Cook Breaded Pork Chop – Bisaya Tutorial

One of the purposes why we coat our pork chop with flour, eggs and breadcrumbs is to protect the meat from directly touching the hot oil. By doing this, we can achieve a tender and juicy meat. Be sure to try this at home.

Ingredients:
4 slices of pork chop
2 tsp of salt and black pepper powder for marinate
2 lemoncito juice for marinate
1-2 cups of all purpose flour
2 medium sized eggs (beaten)
1-2 cups of bread crumbs
2 tsp of salt and black pepper powder
3-4 tsp of Barbecue Spice powder or garlic powder
Canola oil for frying
