How to Cure the Clicking Jaw – Part 6: The Bulldog Stretch

In this video, I’ll show you the most advanced and complex movement of the mandible, translation.
Be careful with this one, and GO SLOW!
Remember, all joints — but the jaw joints in particular — like to be moved through their full range of motion, frequently, with minimal force!
This is not intended to be a strengthening exercise, rather, it is intended to help a “stuck” condyle begin to move fully through the complex translational movement out of the Glenoid Fossa.
This exercise isolates the Lateral Pterygoid Muscles.
