How to cook Guava Jelly Spread (Easy Tutorial)
2 lbs ripe guava, chopped into small pieces
3/4 cup white sugar
4 cups water
Boil the guava until soft.
Once soft, strain and mash the guavas to extract the juice.
Add 3/4 cup sugar to the guava juice, let it boil, stir occasionally.
When it is boiling rapidly, continuously stir to avoid the jelly from hardening and burning. Jelly should not be too thick but not runny either.
Cool completely before transferring to a jar.
