This Las Vegas vacation tip will help you save some good money on all of the drinks you buy. Drinks in Vegas are expensive. Whether you’re buying them at the hotel, in a lounge, or at a bar, everyone knows that in a heavy tourist area that you are going to be paying a premium for drinks. Here’s a tip to help you with what to do in Las Vegas to save money on drinks. When you first arrive, go to a CVS Pharmacy or Walgreens Pharmacy and buy a styrofoam cooler. You can also buy ice or you can just get ice at the hotel. Once you have the cooler then go ahead and buy a bunch of drinks to help last you throughout your vacation. Buy any waters, Gatorades, and alcohol that you want to drink while on your trip. Take all of it back to your hotel room, and keep it there.
Now that you have a stock of drinks at your room you can simply take drinks with you before you go out each day to stay hydrated. Also, when you go out at night just mix your alcoholic drinks in the hotel room before you go out for the night. You can walk on Las Vegas Blvd. with open containers of alcohol. That way you can drink throughout the night with what you already bought, and don’t have to spend as much money buying drinks on the strip. Use this tip to do a little planning ahead of time and it will help you save money on your Las Vegas vacation.
