How To: Holiday North Pole Sign

Follow along to build your own North Pole Sign for the Holidays! A bit of PVC Pipe and some wood can make a magical look for you next party or to decorate your home. This post is not sponsored by anyone.

Here is what you will need to make your own sign:

Supplies
1 – 4” Foam Ball (check dollar stores)
1 – 12“ Sheet Black Vinyl
1 – Roll of Red Duck Tape
1 – 5’ length of 2” PVC Pipe
1 – 6 x 18“, 1/2” MDF or Wood
1 – 12 x 12”, 1” Wood or Plywood
1 – 6 x 12”, 1” Wood or Plywood
3 – 1 1/4” soft wood screws
White and Gold Spray Paint
Wood Skewer
White Paint (could also use spray paint)
Acetone (Nail Polish Remover)
Paper Towel or Shop Towel
Gorilla Glue
Clear Silicone

Tools
Utility Knife
Miter Saw (a circular or hand saw would work too)
Power drill with drill bits and screwdriver bit
Die-Cutting Machine (Circuit, Silhouette etc.)
Table Saw
Hole Saw on Drill Press
