Morning walk: I usually walk 35-50 minutes in the morning. I like to do 50 walking lunges with a kick back for some extra training.
Circuit workout: Warm up 5-10 minutes, skipping rope, foam rolling for example
15 reps per exercise – 3 rounds:
Burpees
Ab exercise, lay on your back and drop your legs to the floor and up
Box jumps
Mountain climbers, 15/leg = 30 in total
Sumo squats
Rest 1 minute between the sets!
Hill sprints: Run for 1 minute, rest for 30 sec – do this 10 rounds =15 minutes in total
I try to go for morning walks every morning, and then I do a circuit 3-4 times/week and hill sprints as a workout or half of it during my morning walk.
