This Mitsubishi starter motor is taken from a Mazda MX5 Miata.

CORRECTION: From Graham at Wood Auto:
[…] There is pretty big mistake around 8:30 regarding the “400A” sticker on the starter motor. This “400A” is part of the Mazda part number “BPD418400A” not an indicator of its amperage. The underlying starter motor is a Mitsubishi M0T80081 starter and its only rated at 1.0kW not 4.8kW! Below is a link to photos of the OE starter (this has the Mitsubishi sticker on it not the Mazda sticker):

You’ll see the side photo shows the rating of the starter.
You’d only really see 4.8kW starter motors on commercial vehicles. To my knowledge starter motors never show an amperage rating, they’d always show a kilowatt rating. Only alternators would show an amperage.
