🧤Why I made this video: I’m trying to prioritize leg workouts more and really build up my legs as they have always been my weakness. I’ve been researching old school training and came across some of Arnold’s high volume workouts from his bodybuilding prime, and decided it would be fun to take myself through his high volume quad and calf workout and share it with you guys!
I hope you enjoyed this leg day workout and got some value out of the leg training tips. I am trying to get big legs and if you are too I recommend that you hit at least 10 quality sets at the minimum of quads, hamstrings and calves each week. If you want to speed up your growth and are an advanced lifter try 20+ sets on each lower body muscle group for fast results. Remember that skipping leg day hurts your physique development, and to make sure you prioritize leg workouts in your training!
