Talking to friends or family about depression is hard! This is part 1 of 2 videos that I have created in order to get us talking with our loved ones about our depression. Did you know that on average it can take people 2 years to first reach out for help? That is a long time to be feeling so bad! It is my hope that these videos can help us shorten that time, and begin talking about our depression.
