Adjuvant treatment for colon cancer: How to treat a T3N0M0 colon cancer?

Patients with localized colorectal cancer without lymph node involvement have an excellent prognosis and most of them will not need adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery. However, a group of them, with poor prognostic features, will need treatment with post-operative chemotherapy to increase their probability of long-term survival.
