– Reverse grip press 4×10-12
– Feel elevated incline fly 4×10-12
Exercise 2:
– Flat DB press 1 & 1/2 3×8-10
Exercise 3: Superset
– DB landmine press 4×10-12
– Close grip bench press ups 4×12-15
Exercise 4:
– Chest scoops 3×12-15
