In this video, you’ll learn how to overcome obstacles that are preventing you from working out, how to dress for the gym and the names of the different equipment at the gym.
In part 2, I’ll be diving deeper into what consists of a workout such as how long you should work out for, how often you should workout, and what are reps and sets.
I believe everybody should be able to work out. Unfortunately, most people are faced with obstacles that stop them, so I hope to change that!
