How to Workout at Home! Full Body Workout No Equipment Needed!

If you can’t get to the gym and need a full body workout this is great for you!

Calf Raises- 2 sets of 3×10
Body weight Squats- 4 sets of 15
Forward lunges- 2×20
Lateral lunges- 2×20
Leg raises- 2x30seconds
Bicycle/Russian Twists- 2x30seconds
Pushups- 2xAMRAPS (as many reps as possible)
Tricep dips- 4×10
