INGREDIENTS:
1 whole chicken
2 can of pineapple juice
1 can sliced pineapple
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp salt
3 pcs laurel leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients in one bowl
2. Marinate whole chicken for 1hr include sliced pineapple (over night marination is better)
3. Separate chicken from mixture and sliced pineapple
4. Pour oil on pre-heated pan
5. Fry chicken 15mins each side or until each side is cooked
6. Pour mixture in the pan along with the chicken
7. Include sliced pineapple and put into boil
8. Turn chicken upside down
9. Let simmer for 30mins or until chicken is tender
10. Serve cooked Chicken Hamonado
