As we celebrate Pakhala Dibasa, we bring to you the easiest way to make Pakhala. Saja pakhala is the jhat-pat version of pakhala which is otherwise fermented overnight and eaten.
This can be made anytime whenever you want. Me and Rachit Kirteeman got lucky to be invited by The Kitchen Script for a Pakhala Feast.
The video was shot at the initial stages of Corona Outbreak however we have taken all safety measures. We don’t promote social gatherings to celebrate the Dibasa.
You can celebrate it at your home and with your family.
