HOW TO WORKOUT WHEN YOU’RE COOPED UP!

Don’t Stop Moving! 
Life can be very stressful when you’re stressed out of your mind. One way I like to manage my stress is workout! This means, that no matter what I’m going to continue to work out. So despite the fact that we are “locked up” on quarantine – we can still MOVE!!! 

Yesterday was my first workout in my garage since they closed down the gyms. I grabbed 2 resistance bands, a 3 gallon container of water, a skateboard, 2 – 2 lbs. weights, and a overhanging 2-bi-four to do pull ups on and I made it happen. 

All you need is a bit of creativity and you can keep your regular workout going. Remember we can still go outside, get some sun, and go for a jog… JUST KEEP MOVING… 

Exercise helps to balance out stress hormones, detox the body, circulate the immune system, and it increases insulin sensitivity. You’ll will get sick if you don’t move enough and get outside… We aren’t meant to be locked up in doors without fresh air and sunshine.
