How to workout when I am stuck at home (arms + legs cardio)

Thanks for joining me on another fit adventure! Try this at home workout alternating between 20 sec arms and 30 sec legs.

Workout:
March in place 1min. (warm up/cool down)
20 sec. plank shoulder touches
30 sec jumping jacks
20 sec push ups
30 sec squats
20 sec mountain climbers
30 sec high knees

If you need to take breaks, take them.
