Roast vegetables on the grill are an easy and delicious accompaniment to any main dish. Here’s how we do it.
1. Set your grill to medium-high heat. Preheat your seasoned steel for 5 minutes. Use this time to prep.
2. If cooking vegetables, cut into uniform pieces. Coat in olive oil and season to taste. Toss the veggies until they are coated.
3. Keep your veggies evenly spaced. Grill for about 7 minutes. Flip, and grill for an additional 7 minutes, or until vegetables begin to blacken.
