Matcha Dalgona Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
¼ cup garbanzo bean (chickpea) liquid, called aquafaba
⅛ tsp. Cream of tartar
2 tsp. Matcha tea
2 Tbsp. boiling water
2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
Almond milk, or your favorite
1 Tbsp. Date paste, or your favorite sweetener

Directions:
Boil some hot water on the stove. Place the matcha tea, coconut sugar, and hot water in a small bowl and stir to dissolve.
Place the garbanzo bean liquid or aquafaba to a medium size bowl and add the cream of tartar. Using a hand mixer, beat the liquid until stiff peaks form, about. Pour in the matcha/sugar mix to the aquafaba and beat until fluffy, about 30 seconds longer.
Pour a glass ⅔ full with almond milk and add date paste if using. Blend in the paste with a spoon or mini mixer like I used in the video. Add ice and top with the matcha dalgona fluff.
Make sure to stir the tea into the milk before drinking using a straw or spoon. If you like dalgona coffee you’ll probably love this refreshing matcha dalgona latte too!
