Get started with Bent Leg Donkey Kick – an excellent exercise for your glutes. Then, get into Sumo Squats to work those quads and inner thighs. Get back into another variation – Donkey Kick. Get a box and start doing Alternate Step-ups. Finish the workout with Forward Lunges.
