CARROT CAKE RECIPE || HOW TO MAKE A MOIST CARROT CAKE || TERRI-ANN’S KITCHEN

Carrot Cake ingredients

420g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
375g grated carrots
3/4 tsp salt
100g walnuts (chopped finely)
450mls vegetable oil
450g soft brown sugar
6 eggs (take out the eye of the egg)
1 tsp cinnamon powder or mixed spice
