For the Stock:
2 onions
4 carrots
5 Celery sticks
1 handful Pink pepper corns
1 handful fennel seeds
shells of your king prawns
adjust with salt by taste

Tomato Sauce
fry off 1 garlic clove with fennel seeds and pink pepper corns
add your tomato juice and reduce till thick
once thick add 1 lid of shellfish stock
