Ingredients:
2 cups glutinous rice flour ______________ 20
2 cups regular rice flour ________________ 30
1 cup sugar ____________________________ 12
2 1/2 cups pure coconut milk ___________ 25
1 can (300mL) condensed milk _________ 35
1 tsp ube flavor __________________________ 3
1 tsp langka flavor _______________________ 3
For the latik topping:
1 cup pure coconut milk __________________ 15
Total ____________________________________ 143 pesos
Note: Overhead cost (water, electricity, transpo etc.) and labor cost were not yet included if you’re planning to sell.
*This recipe makes 20 pieces
*This recipe is firm and not too sticky and not hard to chew.
*The latik that I made was toasted and a bit crunchy. You can make softer latik by turning the heat on low-medium once it curdled and cook until brown in color
*If you like a softer version, you can add one (1) more cup of coconut milk to the mixture before dividing into three.
*If you like the original sticky version, you can replace the regular rice flour and use a total of four (4) cups of glutinous rice flour
