I’ve said this before, but “studying sucks.” It’s time consuming and can lead to some late nights…or mornings (depends on how hardcore you are).
So how can you survive a brutal all-nighter (I’m looking at you high-schoolers, and college and graduate students)? Well, I’m glad you asked.
1) You could take a nap…simple.
2) You could turn on the lights. The brain’s nap-time alert depends on light after all and if you block it from triggering, no bedtime.
3) Coffee…done.
4) Exercise. Blood flow increases wakefulness.
5) And more! Watch the video to learn more.
So, gLuck students. 😀
Sincerely,
Moi (your fellow student/teaching victim)
