Through my Filipina fitness today I show you how to make press-ups harder just in case you were finding then to easy via my Filipino fitness channel.
Whether you call them press-ups or push-ups before the start of my Filipina fitness journey I was not able to do a single press-up – now I can do up to 50 push-ups so Mark showed me a way to make the press-ups harder.
Just by using 3 chairs, you can really intensify the press up exercise making the push ups so much harder.
Press ups using the chairs allows for a greater range of movement, allowing you to stretch your chest muscles even more making the exercise twice as hard as regular press-ups.
If ever you are away from your local gym or home and you want to have a good workout these press-ups are a must.
Press ups ( Push ups ) for some are the only exercise some do because they are such a great all-round exercise, working the chest, shoulders, back, triceps, and stomach muscles.
You only have to go on youtube to find many body transformations of people getting fit simply by doing press-ups over a 30 or 100 day challenge.
