Odong is a common ingredient among Bisaya. This is usually paired with sardinas but I’m going to show you other delicious way to cook Odong.
Ingredients:
4 small packs of Odong
150 grams of Pork belly (bite-sized)
1 tablespoon of Cooking oil
1 medium sized Onion (Sliced)
3 cloves of Garlic
1 Beef Cube
3 Chilling Labuyo (chopped)
1 Tomato (Filipino) (sliced)
2 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
1 Lemoncito (Juice)
5-6 cups of water
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon green onions (for toppings)
