How to export GoPro Quik files with gauge overlay to computer

How do you export a video from GoPro Quik to a location on your mac, desktop or computer. It’s not really obvious in the application itself. But it is actually really simple. Perfect when you want to use Quik merely to edit speedometer or other gauge overlays in your video. And do the proper editing in Final Cut Pro or other video editing software.
