Here’s a video recipe of my birthday meatloaf cake! There are some outtakes at the end and video of me eating my meat cake the last 2 years. The 2019 cake is the same recipe with regular potato frosting.

Hoomans didn’t add garlic or shallots. My frosting was made with just purple sweet potato (microwaved) and hand mixed with water to get the right consistency to spread, so no butter. The lighter colored frosting has Greek yogurt in it to get the lighter color. You can use yams, regular sweet potatoes or regular potatoes.
