Warm-up namin is CHEST DIPS, pero grbeeee na warm-up nakaka ubos nga kusog 😂 Hurot jd akong kusog dayun. so duha ka set lang amoa gibuhat para dli jd kaayo mahutdan ug kusog. Pero hurot najud among kusog dayun. Then mag sugod na kita 💪🏻😂

1️⃣Barbel Bench Press 10X to 2️⃣Db Mid Grip Press 15X (SUPERSET) X3 -Pero grabe wala najud koy kusog ani 😅
3️⃣Incline Db Press 10X4 (Grbeeee na ug failure halos dli nako kaabot ug 10reps)
4️⃣T-Bar Landmine Press 15X3 (Mas nindot ug heavy inyoha buhaton diri para mas pressure sa upper chest nnyo)
5️⃣Cable Crossover 15/15X4 (So drop set 15 isa ka set then drop weights then diretsyo napud isa ka set, tapos called as one set is mahuman mo sa duha. then 4sets)
6️⃣Db extension 10X4 (Heavy lang pud para mas pressure sa inyoha tricep, para mag light weight ta after sa 7th exercise. Kabalo kung wala nat kusog pero padayon lang bhlag failure)
7️⃣One Arm Cable PushDown 15X4 (Light lang ang weight, para makaabot jd ug 15. Per sides na mga ka-mazels)
8️⃣Rope Tricep Pushdown 15/15X4 (Drop set gahapon ta guys parehas sa 5th exercise nato, na drop weights para mas pressure jd ang tricep nato, pamg finisher.)
