Now that gyms are opening again I thought I’d make a video with my top apps to use both for home workouts and at the gym to see results, keep motivated and for exercise to become a part of your daily routine.
Hopefully using some of these will help you to make exercise one of your habits. However, don’t rush into it and spend hours working out on the first day! What we’re looking for is a sustainable regime that you can follow for years to come to improve your health, fitness and happiness.
