Here are some steps if you didn’t understand the video:
1.go to youtube.
2.click your channel icon.
3.click the wheel icon on the right side of your device.
4.click the 3 DOTS icon at the very top right side of your device
5.type (MANAGE YOUR CHANNEL ICON.
6.CLICK (google account settings)
7.Click(Profile picture)
8.Click (CHANGE) if you want to change your channel icon
9.when your done clicking(change), click upload photos.and it will automatically change your profile on youtube.
10.enjoy your new beautiful profile on youtube.
