Today we have the ninja aerial tutorial. This move is a variation of two moves, the butterfly and the gymnastics aerial.
This move is a little advanced but it’s a great one to learn to put into flip routines or martial arts movements.
Some good prerequisites for this move are the cartwheel and butterfly. Learning the gymnast form of the aerial will definitely help but personally I’ve found this ninja aerial technique to be easier than the gymnast form.
This move does require a base of flexibility and core strength to get it down well. This move will come much faster to those who are currently physically active.

Cutting the extra weight and building a strong base of strength and flexibility is key for mastering freerunning or flips like this.
