I ATE LIKE SWEET POTATO SOUL FOR A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT (VEGAN) + Cancelling the Current Challenge :/

HI FRIENDS!!! I stumbled across the lovely channel SWEET POTATO SOUL and just had to copy her food and meal ideas! I’m not vegan but I am interested in incorporating more plant-based meals into my recipe rotation. I found the recipes I tried to be delicious and super filling and I highly recommend that you check out Jenne’s channel! Also, this helped me get back on track after experiencing a set back where I binged. I have been going through some issues with anxiety lately and haven’t been as diligent doing the mental health challenge that I set for myself so I think it is for the best that I cancel it and start again fresh at a later date.
