How to Cook Bibingkang Malagkit

BIBINGKANG MALAGKIT is an oven-baked glutinous rice cake topped with caramel sauce. This is usually mistaken as BIKO but they are actually different in terms of sauce where they use latik and caramel sauce for this particular delicacy.

INGREDIENTS

700 ml coconut cream
1/2 cup water
1 tsp pandan flavor
2 cups glutinous rice
1 cup brown sugar

Coconut Caramel Sauce:

400 ml coconut milk
1 cup brown sugar
