This is one of the famous dish in the Philippines. It is made with coconut milk, pork belly, bagoong (shrimp paste) and a lot of chillis. This dish is common among Bisaya. This is one of our favorite dish.

Ingredients
500g – Pork belly (bite sized)
300ml – Coconut milk (first pour)
50-60ml – Coconut milk (2nd pour)
3 pcs red chili kulikot or 6 pcs of small red chili
6-8pcs of green chili local jalapeno or chili spada or chili pangsigang
1 tablespoon of sauteed bagoon
1 tsp cooking oil
1 medium sized red onion
4 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
