HELLO EVERYONE!! This dish is one of our holidays favorites. This dish can even be brought to potluck dinners. I hope y’all enjoy my Chicken and Dressing recipe. Happy Thanksgiving!!

CHICKEN AND DRESSING RECIPE

CHICKEN PIECES
2 TABLESPOONS OF GARLIC POWDER
2 TABLESPOONS OF ONION POWDER
2 OR 3 TEASPOONS OF BLACK PEPPER
2 OR 3 TABLESPOONS OF SALT(START OFF WITH 2 TABLESPOONS)
3 STALKS OF CELERY
2 MEDIUM ONIONS
3 GREEN ONIONS (OPTIONAL)
1 MEDIUM BELL PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
1 BAY LEAVES

USING ONLY ONIONS AND CELERY
MAKES VERY GOOD CORNBREAD

BUTTERMILK CORNBREAD

2 CUPS OF YELLOW CORNMEAL
2 CUPS OF FLOUR
2 CUPS OF BUTTERMILK
2 EGGS
2 TABLESPOONS OF BAKING POWDER
1/2 CUP OF WATER (THIS MAY VARY)
NO SALT IN THIS CORNBREAD
2 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR
COOKING OIL

CORNBREAD DRESSING

CORNBREAD
4 BOILED EGGS (CHOPPED)
COOKED VEGETABLES (COOKED IN BUTTER AND WATER)
1 TABLESPOON OF SAGE
1 TABLESPOON OF POULTRY SEASONING
1 CAN OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
CHICKEN BROTH
