Dr. Hadiyah-Nicole Green is one of 66 black women to earn a PH. D. in physics in the United States between 1973 & 2012 and the 2nd black woman from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
As a physicist, she has been working for more than 10 years on finding better treatments for cancer using nanoparticles. In trials with mice, she saw tumors disappear using the treatment she founded making it successful. Green details the treatment, its results, resources, what’s next, and what is needed to begin trials on humans on what could be a groundbreaking treatment in the search for the possible cure for cancer.
