Evernote is organized into notebooks and notes. Multiple notebooks can fall under a stack. Evernote’s main strength is its powerful search feature, which can even search within attached files or hand written notes.
Evernote’s main competition is Apple Notes and Microsoft’s OneNote. Both of these options are free. Evernote starts with a free version, but a premium subscription service is offered for additional features and storage.
