Welcome back to my channel. Today, I wanted to share my top 5 tips and strategies for getting fit. I follow these tips every day and they really help.
With tip number three, do not count calories; I advise not to because for me personally, it has not helped! I like to just be aware of what I eat and if you are trying to lose weight, then cutting out the unhealthy stuff will really help. Also, note you must be in a calorie deficit too to lose weight.
