How To Cook Miniature Fried Frog Legs with Stewed Beef Sauce / Miniature Stewed Beef Sauce

Season beef with salt and pepper then seer in a hot skillet.
Combine beef, broth, onion soup mix and 1/2 cup water then simmer for 1-2 hours.
Mix remaining water with cornstarch, add to the stewed beef then cook until gravy is thickened.
