You’ve probably spent hours training for swimming, cycling and running ahead of your next race but what about the fourth part of a triathlon, the transitions.

The swim to bike transition, commonly known as T1 is the link between getting out of the water and mounting your bike. There is a lot to think about in this relatively short space of time and so here are some of the key points to keep in mind!
