FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
– 20 Wings (About 1-2 Lbs | Cleaned and Dry)
– 1 Cup Hot Sauce
– 1 Tbsp Cold Butter
– 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
– 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
– 1 to 2 Tbsp Honey
– Baking Powder
Seasonings for Chicken:
– 1 Heaping Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
– 1 Tsp Paprika
– 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
– 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
– 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
– 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
– 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

ALTERNATIVE COOKING METHODS:
No air fryer? No problem!!
BAKING:
– For either method, continue the same process with seasoning and bake the wings at 375DF for 35 to 40 minutes and flip them in between until nice and browned! (Cooking time could possibly be LESS or MORE, depending on the size and amount of your wings.)
FRYING IN OIL:
If you prefer to fry them, you can fry them on the stovetop in oil heated to 350DF and cook for 9-12 minutes or until you’ve reached an internal temperature of 165DF!
