Fat to fit bodyweight transformation and how to lose weight without cardio or counting calories through my Filipina Fitness.

Through my Filipino Fitness channel, I have shown all my workouts and discussed how to lose weight without counting calories or doing any cardio during my fat to fit bodyweight transformation.

As a Filipina mum of 2 young children over the last 30 weeks I have gone through a major fat to fit bodyweight transformation without cardio or counting calories simply by changing what I eat and lifting weights.

In this video, I will show you the results of starting of fat and with simple tweaks to my diet ( no counting calories), and by lifting weights in the gym I became very fit and lean.

Over the 30 weeks, I have lost almost 25% of my body weight, losing the fat while gaining muscle – I am now back to being a fit Filipina.

I have been coached and supported by Mark a former natural competitive bodybuilder who insisted that I set a long term goal of 30 weeks rather than a crash diet – by setting a long term weight loss goal there is no need to count calories, you simply change what you eat.

I simply stopped eating junk food and replaced junk with quality protein foods, healthy carbs, and an abundance of fruit and vegetables.

Over the 30-week body transformation, I ate well and never went hungry but my body fat just melted away and was replaced with lean muscle by hitting the gym and lifting weights.

You see on the internet stories of people who lose vast amounts of weight over just a few weeks – what they don’t tell you is how 95% are heavier now than when they started their ‘Crash Diet or Miracle fat loss” a few months later.

By slowly losing fat you keep the fat off – your body and way of life adjust to the new regime and it simply becomes a habit eating well and training.

If you lose vast amounts of weight over the short term your simply starving yourself, you have not broken the habits you developed that got you fat in the first place, and once the drastic diet finishes the old habits kick in again and before you know it you are heavier than ever!

Filipina fitness for me is now for life and I hope by sharing my fat to fit body transformation with you it will inspire more mums in getting fit.

Through my Filipina fitness channel, I hope to inspire other Filipinas and mums in getting fit and help others on their own fat to fit bodyweight transformations.

The scales I used throughout my fat to fit body transformation were very accurate and well made – I’ve bought digital scales in the past but they seemed very unreliable giving different readings every time I stepped on them.
