Ragi or Nachni is a gluten free grain that belongs to the class of millets. It’s also known as finger millet in English. This Wonder grain is a power house of nutrients from calcium to iron potassium to antioxidants. I consider it to be one of the healthiest grain on earth. Today I will be sharing one of the best and easiest way of making ragi roti / रागी रोटी. These are crisp from outside and soft from inside and the flavors of spices we add can make them taste even better. The taste and texture of these ragi roti is amazing. It’s best to serve them hot. You can serve nachni roti with any sabzi, chutney, dal or curry.
