My 4 week program that will allow any beginner to learn the backflip and embed it in deeeep! Just simply follow along do your best and watch yourself learn! No gym, no equipment, no spotter required. Learn “slowly” so that you have no fear and are confident in your abilities!
If you have completed the 1MonthPlan or have made it through phase 1 of Bodyweight Beast 2.0 and you want to do the backflip program, then you should be able to start at the end of week 2 in the program and learn to backflip in 10 days. However it’s all up to you, you can do it as fast or as slow as you would like you can even do this program in 20, 10, 5 or 1 day for all it matters! Although, I encourage following it as recommended in the program.
