This is one of the more difficult challenges for this week. There are two ways of completing this challenges. Keep in mind that you can only do this in Solo, Duos or Squads as there are no vehicles in Team Rumble.
You can land near a phone booth, grab a disguise and immediately make your way over to the fuel pump. There should be at least one vehicle with a depleted fuel tank.
Another way to complete this challenge, is by landing near the Bus Stop at the Yellow Metal Bridge, grabbing a Fuel Can and driving one of the cars to Catty Corner. Just park your car at a safe spot and then fuel it up!
