How I Overcame my Anxiety (as a College Professor)

From daily panic attacks to none at all… I hope you can get something from positive from my journey with anxiety/depression. Was this helpful hearing this or was it just annoying? Not trying to downplay anyones experience with mental health, we are all different and have our own struggles, different methods will work with different people.
