3: GOALS: Don’t try to perfect a habit you haven’t even started
4: ACCOUNTABILITY – Write your goal down, tell your friends and create a vision board
5: MOMENTUM: Keep the momentum rolling and start writing down your goal along with 5 things you need to do in order to reach it.
